In short: preserved roses last 3 to 5 years. Never water them, keep them away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and handle them as little as possible.
Why do they last so long?
They are natural roses whose sap has been replaced with a special liquid. The flower no longer needs water to keep its shape, colour and texture.
5 simple rules
- Never water them. Water spoils the preservation process.
- Avoid direct sunlight. Strong light fades the colour over time.
- Steer clear of humidity. Bathrooms and kitchens are not the best spots.
- Keep them away from heat. Radiators, fireplaces and electronic devices dry out the petals.
- Do not mix them with fresh flowers. Contact with flowers that have not been through the process shortens their life.
Where should you display them?
A bookshelf, a living room table or a desk in indirect light are ideal. The Florist box was designed to look lovely with any décor.
How do you dust them?
Use a hairdryer on the cool, lowest setting, held at a distance, or a soft brush.
